Kansas polls close at 7 p.m. This evening, we’ll have live results from the Aug. 6 Kansas primary from the Associated Press.

Key dates leading up to the 2024 Kansas primary
July 16: Kansas voter registration deadline for primary
July 17: Kansas advance voting begins
July 30: Deadline to ask for advance voting by mail. All ballots must be postmarked on or before election day and received in the county election office by the close of business on the third business day following the election.
Aug. 6: Primary election day. Polling places open at 7 a.m. — although some may open earlier — and remain open until 7 p.m. Remember if you are in line at 7 p.m. you are allowed to vote.
